Ordering

We want to make ordering your cleaning supplies from Seaton Cleaning Supplies as simple as possible. That is why we offer several different methods of ordering items from us:

Online - You can shop online 24/7, add items to your cart, and they will still be there later. You can also create an online account, so you can re-order previous items, to make your life easier.

Phone - You can call us to arrange your order between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm

In-Store - You can come along to our warehouse between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and order in person.

Delivery

We use a range of delivery services to get your order to your door. The most common providers are FedEx and Royal Mail. We offer services including next day delivery, down to 3-day deliveries, which you can choose between when placing your order.

We aim to process orders placed before 1:00 pm for same day dispatch.

The cost of delivery depends entirely on your order, due to weights and sizes varying so much. To get an estimation of your shipping costs, please add the required items to your cart, and use the Postage Estimator on the shopping cart page.

Our standard delivery varies depending on your delivery address and the time you place your order we try to dispatch the same day if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock we do aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days. We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location. Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. Most goods are dispatched to you from our registered address but some items are dispatched directly from our suppliers, which will also affect delivery times and conditions.
